Role Description

We seek a full-time, on-site Business Process Associate fluent in French to join our team at FirstDCS in Bangalore. This role involves managing daily tasks related to business process outsourcing (BPO), finance, customer service, and communication. The Business Process Associate will use their analytical skills to provide comprehensive solutions and support to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Create products and services on the Toogo Software platform following our guidelines, including preparing travel books.
• Send reservation reminders before client arrivals.
• Collect and compile travel reviews.
  

Required Skills :-

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google G-Suite, Slack, internet usage, and photo editing software.- Background in tourism with knowledge of European geography and tourist attractions.- Excellent teamwork skills, proactive attitude, strong organizational abilities, and keen attention to detail.- Ability to quickly learn new software and tools.- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of French at A2 or B1 level is preferred.- Bangalore based Candidates will have an advantage.OPT-071
