Project Role : Business Process Architect Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Must have skills : SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Good to have skills : No Function Specialty Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time educationEducation CA CMA MBA FinancePG MBA MCom Summary :Design, build and configure SAP S4 HANA Finance solution to meet business process and application requirements and manage multiple projects deliveryRoles and Responsibilities :1Play SME role for S4HANA Finance for Green Field, Conversion, Central Finance and or New GL Migration2Engage with Sales team in managing client meetings, demos, RFP, Client Roadmap Study in S4HANA Finance area 3Ability to lead team & deliver SAP S4HANA Finance projects Onshore/Offshore 4Able to handle cross functional teams offshore Onshore for project delivery5Assist in estimating the various new deals and prospective clients from SAP S4 Finance perspective 6Build skill capability in new functionality released by SAP in Finance area including Cloud solutionProfessional and Technical Skills :110 plus years of experience in SAP FI CO including SAP S4 HANA Finance2.Strong S4HANA Finance knowledge with 4plus implementation projects experience facing implementations, roll outs, expert advisory assignments in S4HANA 3Hands on experience in S4HANA Finance and Controlling with expertise in any three of the following areas - Universal Journal, New GL, Asset Accounting, Central Finance, Margin Analysis, Financial Closing4People & Stakeholder Management experience Onsite and Offshore5SAP S4 HANA certified and knowledge of Brownfield Conversion or S4 Roadmap options will be an add advantage Good to have skills :Excellent Analytical skills, Excellent advance excel skill, Communication skills, stakeholder management skills are needed to carry out the job.
