Business Process Analyst

The Business Process Analyst role at Techwave requires an individual with at least 3 years of experience to join the team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a People Associate, you will collaborate closely with managers and employees to address a wide range of HR queries. This position plays a key role in partnering with the Centers of Excellence teams to promote continuous improvement and ensure an efficient and consistent approach to achieving the operational goals of the People Shared Service. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global People Solutions, the primary responsibilities of this role include managing case volume for internal transfers, overseeing timely processing of Global Offboarding activities, updating employee profiles, and facilitating various internal movements. Effective communication with requestors, utilizing strong customer service skills, is essential. Utilizing internal tools such as ServiceNow, Workday, Smart Recruiters, ADP, and Guardian, you will research, assess, and resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, supporting cyclical HR events, completing forms accurately, recommending process improvements, conducting root-cause analysis, and maintaining confidentiality are all integral parts of this position. This is a fully remote position, requiring you to work from home. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of corporate HR experience, familiarity with HR policies and regulations, and experience with enterprise-scale HRIS tools like Workday and HR Case Management systems such as ServiceNow. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio, is necessary. Preferred qualifications include at least 4 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree. A strong understanding of HR functional policies and practices within a Global Shared Services model is advantageous.
