Business Process Analyst & Application Owner (Digital Expert)

Your role will be with the Group Data & Apps for Finance team, where you will be responsible for overseeing the entire group reporting and planning framework. This includes managing financial and consolidation systems, monitoring data flow, implementing accounting principles and guidelines, and overseeing master data management. You will work closely with various teams such as local Finance teams, Shared Services, Group Accounting, Controlling, Strategy/Projects, and IT to ensure a seamless end-to-end financial reporting process. Your role will involve developing a team culture focused on proactive issue identification, communication, and root cause analysis to facilitate issue troubleshooting and resolution, with a primary focus on the M-Cloud4Finance reporting tool. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent business degree and possess relevant professional experience (approximately 3-5 years) in Finance and Operations. You should have expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Business Intelligence, or Hyperion, as well as experience in Finance workstreams like Sales, Profit and Loss, or Management Accounting. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clarity in understanding company processes are essential for this role. You should be able to analyze, simplify, and follow through on both simple and complex processes and transactions, while effectively managing time and resources. The ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate fluently in English (both written and oral) are also key requirements for this role.
