Business Plan & Grant Writer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Plan & Grant Writer to support Canadian entrepreneurs and small businesses in securing financing through government grants, loans, and private funding. This role involves preparing customized business plans, detailed cash flow projections, and professional funding applications. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, experience working with Canadian funding programs, and be comfortable using online government portals and intake platforms to manage each file from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive and professional business plans tailored to the needs of Canadian businesses
• Prepare accurate and detailed cash flow statements and financial projections
• Research and identify appropriate funding opportunities (grants, loans, subsidies) based on client needs
• Write, compile, and submit grant and loan applications to various Canadian funding programs (e.g., Futurpreneur, BDC, Canada Digital Adoption Program, etc.)
• Work directly with clients to gather required documentation, understand business goals, and provide guidance throughout the process
• Use online portals (e.g., CRA, BDC, CDAP, provincial portals) to upload documents, fill out applications, and track submissions
• Manage multiple client files simultaneously and ensure timely completion of all deliverables
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, funding agencies, and clients
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
