We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Plan & Grant Writer to support Canadian entrepreneurs and small businesses in securing financing through government grants, loans, and private funding. This role involves preparing customized business plans, detailed cash flow projections, and professional funding applications. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, experience working with Canadian funding programs, and be comfortable using online government portals and intake platforms to manage each file from start to finish. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive and professional business plans tailored to the needs of Canadian businesses Prepare accurate and detailed cash flow statements and financial projections Research and identify appropriate funding opportunities (grants, loans, subsidies) based on client needs Write, compile, and submit grant and loan applications to various Canadian funding programs (e.g., Futurpreneur, BDC, Canada Digital Adoption Program, etc.) Work directly with clients to gather required documentation, understand business goals, and provide guidance throughout the process Use online portals (e.g., CRA, BDC, CDAP, provincial portals) to upload documents, fill out applications, and track submissions Manage multiple client files simultaneously and ensure timely completion of all deliverables Communicate effectively with internal teams, funding agencies, and clients Maintain a high standard of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Work Location: Remote Expected Start Date: 24/06/2025

This role combines administrative efficiency with client-facing support , ensuring smooth operations and excellent service for our clients. Key Responsibilities Administrative : Collect and organize client documents. Maintain client folders in Google Drive. Schedule meetings with clients and loan officers. Manage email follow-ups and reminders. Keep financial trackers up to date (loan status, repayment schedules). Client Support: Respond to new inquiries via email, phone, or social media. Guide clients through intake questionnaires and checklists. Follow up on missing documents and ensure timely submissions. Update CRM system with client information and progress. Assist with drafting simple business plan sections (e.g., company bios, descriptions). Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
