Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities of Real Estate Business Partners

1. Business Development & Networking

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, investors, and property buyers.
  • Build strong relationships with landowners, builders, bankers, and legal teams.
  • Expand market reach through networking, referrals, and partnerships.

2. Sales & Marketing

  • Promote real estate projects through online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Generate leads via social media, property portals, events, and personal contacts.
  • Handle client inquiries, property site visits, and negotiations.
  • Convert leads into successful property sales.

    Role & responsibilities

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Guide customers throughout the buying process with transparency and trust.
  • Provide accurate project details, legal documents, and investment benefits.
  • Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Financial & Legal Coordination

  • Assist clients in availing bank loans and EMI options.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions for funding support.
  • Ensure compliance with DTCP, RERA, and other real estate regulations.
  • Work with legal teams for documentation, agreements, and property registrations.

5. Strategic Planning & Growth

  • Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and achieve revenue goals.
  • Share market insights, competitor analysis, and new opportunities.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost project visibility.

6. Team Building & Leadership (if applicable)

  • Recruit, train, and manage sales executives or brokers.
  • Motivate team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review progress and strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any graduate / postgraduate (Business, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate preferred).
  • Professional certifications in real estate, sales, or finance are an added advantage.

Experience

  • 15 years of experience in

    real estate sales, property development, banking, insurance, or financial services

    .
  • Freshers with strong communication & networking skills are also welcome.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills.
  • Ability to generate leads through personal & professional networks.
  • Good knowledge of local property markets, legal procedures, and investment trends.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable with social media promotions, CRM tools, and property portals.

Personal Qualities

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Honest, transparent, and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong networking ability with builders, investors, and clients.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings & site visits.
  • Own vehicle & smartphone (preferred for field operations).
  • Local market knowledge is highly desirable.
