Currently, NTT Data is undergoing significant growth, necessitating the addition of results-oriented Accounting/Finance professionals to our team in Gurgaon. The Account Operations Team plays a crucial role in supporting NTT DATA Account Leaders by managing contracts, ensuring account governance, and overseeing business process compliance. This facilitates a seamless order-to-cash process and efficient coordination among Sales, Forecasting, ERP, and Resourcing activities. The team's primary aim is to enable Client Managers to focus on account growth by handling account operations/administrative tasks, enhancing processes, data compliance, creating awareness, offering proactive insights, and supporting organization-wide initiatives. The CMS Organization Business Support Team is responsible for providing contract management support, account operations tracking, process compliance activities, and client onboarding services. The CMS Operations Support Associate/Sr. Associate assists in key processes for a portfolio of accounts under the supervision of the Operations Team Lead/Manager. Job Responsibilities: - Possess elementary knowledge and experience in Order-to-Cash processes - Responsible for low complexity account operations tracking, process compliance, and repeatable administrative tasks - Provide continuous improvement ideas with an analytical approach - Collaborate with various teams like resource management, revenue, and finance to ensure smooth month, quarter, and year-end closing processes Technical Skills: - Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.) - Efficient computer system utilization - Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com is advantageous Functional Skills: - Graduate/master's degree in finance with a minimum of 2 years of experience in areas such as Project/Time, Contracts/Invoicing/AR, Order management, or master data management - Understanding of the Order-to-Cash process - Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain approvals for new requirements under technical team/lead supervision - Preferably have 6 months to 2 years of experience in Operations or Back-office Support Services - Strong communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills, with a grasp of business processes Management Skills: - Self-managed individual who follows established processes to ensure deliverable quality and optimal results - Adaptable to business needs - Coordinate with internal resources and stakeholders for efficient work execution - Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management - Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of change requests/requirements - Maintain SLAs and address issues within the SLA timeframe,
