As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to join our team and handle day-to-day operations, including order management, product coordination, social media support, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management
• Process and manage customer orders from placement to delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and tracking.
• Handle order-related queries and escalations efficiently.
• Product Management
• Assist in product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and categorization on the website.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for replenishment.
• Conduct basic quality checks for products before dispatch when required.
• Customer Communication
• Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and social media messages.
• Provide timely updates on order status, exchanges, and returns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and polite communication.
• Social Media & Marketing Support
• Assist in creating and scheduling product posts on social media platforms.
• Engage with customers via comments and messages to maintain brand presence.
• Support influencer collaborations, promotions, and campaign execution.
• Operational Support
• Maintain records of sales, returns, and exchanges for reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Participate in training sessions to understand new tools, workflows, and campaigns.

Requirements

• Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
