As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to join our team and handle day-to-day operations, including order management, product coordination, social media support, and more. Key Responsibilities Order Management Process and manage customer orders from placement to delivery. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and tracking. Handle order-related queries and escalations efficiently. Product Management Assist in product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and categorization on the website. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for replenishment. Conduct basic quality checks for products before dispatch when required. Customer Communication Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and social media messages. Provide timely updates on order status, exchanges, and returns. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and polite communication. Social Media & Marketing Support Assist in creating and scheduling product posts on social media platforms. Engage with customers via comments and messages to maintain brand presence. Support influencer collaborations, promotions, and campaign execution. Operational Support Maintain records of sales, returns, and exchanges for reporting. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow. Participate in training sessions to understand new tools, workflows, and campaigns. Requirements Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred). Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
