Responsibilities:

• Connect with architects & interior designers on behalf of brands
• Schedule and manage clientdesigner meetings
• Maintain detailed records, trackers, and client reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables

As a Business Operations Manager, youll lead key client relationships with top architects and designers, manage a team of executives, and drive operational excellence across multiple projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client interactions with architects & designers
• Manage and mentor a team of Business Operations Executives
• Train new team members on Magnates systems and processes
• Coordinate closely with research & follow-up teams
• Handle RSVPs for events, meetings, and showroom launches
• Oversee accurate reporting and ensure high standards of client servicing

• 25 years of experience in client servicing or operations
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
