Business Operations Coordinator

As an experienced Business Operations Coordinator with IT Operations knowledge, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the Business Unit's Communication Program. Your role will involve managing overall communications for the Business Unit, supporting the development of the Business Unit's Communications Strategy, and implementing a communication program focused on employee activities and accomplishments. You will also be tasked with preparing presentations, documents, and emails, executing communications compliance for corporate programs, and supporting employee "Community" sessions focused on employee learnings and follow-up execution. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in a communications role, a Master's degree in English or Honors Program, experience working in a Corporate IT environment, and advanced knowledge of MS Suite tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, or other communication tools.
