Business operations Analyst

The key responsibilities for this position include accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in company systems. You will be responsible for verifying and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Additionally, you will generate and maintain detailed reports using MS Excel and collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry processes. It will also be your responsibility to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data while maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field and have proficiency in English, both verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, vlookup, and pivot, is preferred. Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is also preferred. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines are essential qualities for this position.
