Business Onboarding Officer

The job involves assisting new businesses with enrollment processes and documentation. You will reach out to new businesses to provide welcome calls and guide them through the initial enrollment completion. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing introductory demos for new business clients. In this role, you will also support registered businesses by providing refresher training and demonstrating new features. You will act as account managers for assigned businesses, ensuring continuous follow-up on their claims, targets, inactivity, and other concerns. Furthermore, you will be required to conduct retention follow-ups with inactive and low potential accounts, as well as follow-ups for pending approval or documentation cases.
