Join Our Team as a Business Networking Manager (BNM)

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

In this crucial client-facing role, your ability to engage with HR professionals and stakeholders, attend networking events, and represent our brand with confidence will directly contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with HR professionals and key stakeholders through daily in-person visits and outreach.

Represent the company at networking events, social gatherings, lunches, and dinners to establish and maintain strong client relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to deeply understand our services and convey them effectively to potential clients.

Identify partnership and business growth opportunities through relationship-building and market insights.

Monitor industry trends, client needs, and competitor movements to stay ahead.

Maintain detailed records of networking efforts and provide regular updates on progress and lead conversions.

* Eligibility Criteria:

MBA in any stream

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and proactive with a passion for networking

Comfortable attending events and engaging in social/business interactions

Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work both independently and in a team

Willing to travel daily to meet HR professionals

Personality, professionalism, and the ability to build trust are key to succeeding in this role.
