Job Overview: As the Business Manager - Payment Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and establishing partnerships with payment service providers (PSPs), banks, and Third-Party Payment (TSP) providers. Your expertise in the payment industry will be crucial in ensuring the company secures optimal solutions that are cost-effective, efficient, and scalable to support business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate the best payment solutions into our platform. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Evaluate Payment Providers: Proactively identify high-quality payment service providers, evaluate their offerings, and establish strategic partnerships to enhance the company's payment infrastructure. Negotiate Partnerships: Lead negotiations with banks, financial institutions, and TSP providers to secure the most suitable payment solutions that align with company needs and customer demands. Explore TSP Providers: Research, evaluate, and select third-party payment (TSP) providers to optimize payment channels and ensure superior service efficiency. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the payment industry to stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies, supporting data-driven business decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, product, and operations teams to ensure the seamless integration of payment solutions into the company's infrastructure, enhancing the customer experience and business operations. Maintain and Strengthen Partnerships: Manage existing relationships with payment service providers and partners, ensuring the long-term success of partnerships and maintaining service quality and efficiency. Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through innovative payment solutions that meet the needs of both the company and our clients. Customer Satisfaction: Resolve any issues related to payment solutions promptly, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. Industry Leadership: Stay at the forefront of fintech and payment industry developments, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. Experience: At least 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in the payment industry, with a strong network of contacts within payment service providers, banks, or third-party payment solutions. Skills: Strong understanding of payment industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Excellent business negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. Solid analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to assess and select optimal payment solutions based on business needs. Knowledge of payment gateways, PSPs, TSPs, and payment technologies. Abilities: Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage partnerships from initial engagement to contract finalization. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.
