Role & responsibilities Own Online business across D2C, marketplaces and quick commerce driving growth, margin, and conversion. Lead Marketplace strategy including pricing, promotions, search visibility, and RoAS. Drive Performance by optimising traffic, AOV, CAC, and CRM/retention strategies. Scale Quick Commerce by curating the right catalogue, ensuring service SLAs, and enabling instant fulfilment for select SKUs. Own Digital Brand Experience by aligning visual storytelling, UI/UX, and content across all touchpoints maintaining consistency with the brand language Preferred candidate profile MBA with 7+ Years exp in Online Business Management.
