Business Manager - Design

As a Business Manager - Design at Livspace, you will be responsible for managing the designing for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing Designing Projects effectively to ensure timely delivery and quality output. - Ensuring the productivity and work output of the Team of Designers under your supervision. - Focusing on Customer Experience & Relationship Management to maintain high satisfaction levels. - Achieving positive output on design Net Promoter Survey by ensuring customer ratings. - Providing necessary training to designers on technical details whenever required. - Leading design discussions to foster creativity and collaboration within the team. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelor's Qualification preferably in B.Arch or B.Interior Design. - Master's or Specialization in areas such as Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management. - Possessing a minimum of 3 years" experience as an Interior Designer or Project Manager. - Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects from end to end project management.
