Business Manager - Commercial Vehicle Finance (Vasai-Mumbai)

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for commercial vehicle loans in Vasai, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for achieving the sales targets, managing a team of Relationship Officers, acquiring new clients, and generating business in the commercial vehicle loan sector. Your role will involve overseeing individual and team targets, sourcing, servicing, and disbursing loans, managing overdue collections, ensuring team productivity, providing training, and expanding business channels. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with other departments for loan processing and revenue generation.
