Business Manager - Car

As a Sales and Collection Officer at the company, your role will involve achieving the assigned sales targets, managing a team of Relationship Officers, and generating business for Car Finance. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, servicing, and disbursing business, managing overdue collections, ensuring individual and team targets are met, and enhancing team productivity and business. You will also be involved in team motivation and training, providing product training to new and existing team members, and coordinating with other departments for loan processing and smooth operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing both internal and external channels for business expansion and revenue generation.
