Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales professional with excellent communication and presentation skills. The role involves targeting new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to drive business growth in the software, mobile, and web development domain (US/UK/AUS markets). Roles and Responsibilities: - Identify and explore new business opportunities in international markets. - Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our services. - Manage client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships. - Understand customer needs, coordinate between clients and the development team, and ensure seamless project execution. - Negotiate contracts, integrate business requirements, and close new deals. - Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry changes to refine sales strategies. - Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Accounts, Technology, and Marketing teams to drive business success. - Lead and manage a team of BDMs and BDEs, overseeing both inbound and outbound sales efforts. - Utilize team strengths to drive business growth and enhance individual team performance. - Assist clients in business process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. - Work with the technology team to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Help the marketing team create case studies, blogs, and content to drive lead generation. - Review approach notes and presentations to align with market trends and client needs. - Respond to RFPs and define suitable solutions for client requirements. - Deliver engaging sales presentations, simplifying technical information for prospective clients. Skills and Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. - Ability to analyze market trends and competitors. - Proven sales and negotiation skills.
