As a Business Management Support professional in the Inkt Wealth & Premier Banking team at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of communications and engagement. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing a robust engagement strategy aligned with Group strategies and communication agenda. - Driving the planning and delivery of day-to-day tactical communications runway. - Organizing town halls and Management offsite events, ensuring alignment with Group and strategic messaging. - Proficiency in Excel, particularly in handling large data sets and modeling, and report production. - Prior experience in Business Management and producing high-quality reporting within tight deadlines. - Ability in Stakeholder Management to engage and build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders. - Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills catering to diverse audiences. - Adapting communication styles relevant to different audiences, ensuring clear, consistent, and honest messaging. - Focusing on personal and professional development, enhancing professional knowledge and skills. - Collaborating professionally with all business and functional stakeholders, internal and external product providers, and manufacturers.
