What would you do

The Business Interlock Manager partners with client stakeholders on the training needs analysis process, builds conceptual designs, provides learning solutions, and guides the LEDD Operations team to execute the design. The Business Interlock is responsible for the overall design of learning interventions and is also responsible for managing the overall development pipeline. The Business Interlock directly supports and has overall accountability for execution of projects and Academies according to design, process, quality, budget, and milestone standards. Talent Development process Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system.

  • Work Experience o 12+ years of learning strategy and advisory experience (requirement gathering and solutioning) o 12+ years of client/stakeholder relationship management experience

  • Problem Management o Client/stakeholder relationship management o Business acumen and appreciation of strategic intent o Learning needs analysis o Learning solution planning o Learning delivery experience o Learning program and project management o Practical understanding of types of learning solutions and architectures available, and when they are best used o Good knowledge of instructional design principles and product types o Strong program/project management skills with a proven record in execution o Able to work independently across a broad range of activities o Strong written and oral communication skills including: Ability to facilitate Client SME and Sponsor discussions to set expectations, and to ensure appropriate involvement Good presentation skills o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project) o Ability to network and build positive relationships with client, business stakeholders, vendors and Accenture teams Preferred o Experience in learning and talent strategy development o Awareness of current trends in learning including AI, VR, Storytelling etc o Working knowledge of accessibility principles and guidelines o Exposure to learning measurement and analysis Roles and Responsibilities: Learning Strategy o Evaluate inputs for the learning strategy (including leveraging of talent roadmaps and other talent management tools to support learning plans and the business area s broader talent strategy) o Develop a point of view on the learning strategy o Oversee the design of the learning strategy framework for the capability/ specialization, showing how learners will progress across proficiency levels Curriculum/Learning Solution Planning o Proactively understand the clients business drivers, needs, and priorities o Recommend the potential learning approach/program/solutions o Curate learning assets identified for the curriculum/solution o Document learning requirements in a Preliminary Learning Brief (PLB) and/or summary deck o Review and map project source content, identifying any gaps o Draft the initial scope/budget for the solution o Generate and negotiate options, as needed o Oversee the maintenance of existing curriculum to ensure continued relevance to target audience, skills, proficiency level Pipeline/Demand Planning o Partner with the client on 90-day learning planning; documenting priorities, scope, and timelines o Connect with the client to review the pipeline weekly/monthly/quarterly o Project the spend and staffing requirements Stakeholder Management o Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders o Guide the client along the design-deploy-delivery journey o Connect actively with the client to identify and solve for pain points o Analyze & present metrics to drive data-based decision making Operations Management o Plan and facilitate project calls to align the Client on goals, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies o Define and assess effectiveness of the learning programs o Lead weekly status meetings, and provide guidance to address risks and issues o Provide inputs to quarterly and annual Client budget development o Partner with the Operations Lead on staff planning, recruitment, onboarding work assignments and team engagement o Continually focus on value-added activities and process improvement Learning value metrics and evaluation strategy o Determine Relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) o Align metrics with Business Outcomes, ensure metrics reflect business impacts o Design a Structured Evaluation Framework for assessing learning effectiveness o Determine Data Collection Methods, decide how to gather data through surveys, assessments, and performance reviews o Analyze, Interpret and Evaluate data to measure the impact of learning programs
