At FabricAir, we design and deliver innovative textile-based air distribution solutions to customers in over 100 countries As we accelerate our digital transformation, we are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer skilled in Power BI to elevate our data analytics capabilities and support data-driven decision-making across our international operations Join our expanding Business & IT Solutions team and work closely with cross-functional departments worldwide to unlock the value of our business data You will play an essential role in guiding the company through data visualisation, dashboard creation, and advanced analytics projects that have real business impact Key Responsibilities Power BI Developer for Global Manufacturing Data Design, build and maintain Power BI datasets, dashboards and paginated reports that serve Sales, Finance, Operations and Marketing Own the Power BI architecture roadmap: drive workspace topology, shared/certified datasets, deployment pipelines and capacity planning so dashboards scale cleanly across teams Partner with Data Engineering to validate pipeline outputs, define data contracts and ensure trusted, well-documented sources Optimise dataset refresh schedules, incremental loading, partitioning, and advanced RLS/OLS to keep enterprise dashboards fast, secure and consistent Gather requirements, prototype quickly, iterate to production with Git-based CI/CD, and maintain clear documentation Monitor usage & performance metrics; apply forecasting, anomaly detection and AI-augmented insights where they add value Champion BI standards, governance and self-service analytics across the organisation?running demos, brown-bags, and code review Who You Are Data Enthusiast with an Analytical Mindset We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for business intelligence and data analytics You have a collaborative approach and are eager to drive business value through data-driven solutions Your curiosity, problem-solving skills, and structured thinking help you deliver impactful reports and actionable insights 5 + years building enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, including: end-to-end development in Power BI Desktop & Service advanced DAX / Tabular Editor optimisation deployment pipelines, workspaces, gateways & capacity management dataflows / Fabric Lakehouse connections, incremental refresh, RLS/OLS Architect-level vision for BI platform design: shared semantic models, certified datasets, workspace strategy, version control (Git), and governance that scales to multiple departments Strong SQL for slicing, optimisation and troubleshooting across cloud/on-prem sources Proven ability to translate business questions into scalable BI architecture, automated datasets, and actionable dashboards Excellent communication in a global, cross-functional setting; proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading best-practice workshops Desirable Skills Added Advantage in Power BI and Analytics Experience with dbt, Great Expectations or similar frameworks for data-quality validation Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Real-Time Intelligence) or other lake-house architectures Prior work in industrial / manufacturing domains Experience with AI tools used for data analysis What We Offer Professional Growth at FabricAir Become part of a global company with a mission to innovate and deliver best-in-class solutions At FabricAir, youll thrive in an environment that champions teamwork, continuous learning, and the use of modern technologies We offer responsibility, flexibility, and a unique chance to influence our digital and data landscape while working with friendly, skilled colleagues from around the world About FabricAir With headquarters in Denmark and operations in 16 countries, FabricAir develops leading textile-based air distribution systems for diverse industries?from food production and retail to cleanrooms and sports facilities Were committed to performance, energy efficiency, and empowering our people to make a difference For more on our solutions and culture: fabricair, Ready to Apply If this sounds like your next career move, please apply via the ?Apply for this job? button For data privacy reasons, this is our preferred application method If you have any questions, you are welcome to reach out to our Software Development Team Lead, Avinash Pawar, at apa@fabricair, We are reviewing applications on a rolling basis and look forward to connecting with you!
