Business Intelligence Specialist

As a Business Intelligence Specialist at NTT DATA in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (IN-TN), India, your role will involve: - Designing and managing real-time data replication pipelines using HVR. - Integrating diverse sources such as ERP, Salesforce, and databases into cloud platforms like Snowflake and Azure. - Monitoring replication jobs, resolving latency or performance issues, and ensuring data consistency validation and quality procedures. - Collaborating with architects and analysts to guarantee accurate, reliable, and timely data. - Documenting workflows and contributing to best practices for replication and data movement. - Demonstrating strong skills in SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, etc.). - Utilizing troubleshooting and performance tuning abilities effectively. - Working in an onsite-offshore model with daily interactions with onsite teams for on-time quality deliverables. - Managing and reviewing support documentations like Runbook, Configuration Management, and Application Information to keep them up to date in CMDB. - Being flexible to work in shifts, including weekend support. Qualifications required for this role: - 5+ years of hands-on experience with HVR. - Strong communication and facilitation skills. - Experience in Channel health monitoring, replication lag resolution, connectivity management, performance analysis, resource scaling, and throughput optimization.
