Business Intelligence Specialist

You will be responsible for developing and implementing business intelligence solutions to support and enhance the organization's infrastructure and tools, ensuring data reporting and analysis goals are met. Utilizing your strong analytical and data warehouse skills, you will design, develop, and implement solutions in an agile manner. Your tasks will include creating interactive reports, dashboards, scorecards, data exploration, and visual analytics using various technologies. Additionally, you will contribute to ongoing projects, identify and resolve data quality issues, and validate data flow and reports. Collaborating with the team, you will deliver high-quality BI reporting solutions and perform testing before deploying solutions into TEST/PROD environments. Your functional competencies should include expertise in the MS Power BI platform, proficient SQL programming and development skills, and a solid understanding of database systems like Oracle, SQL Server, data warehouse concepts, and dimensional modeling. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or MCA is required for this role. As part of your deliverables, you will collaborate with a Global-IT development team and closely align with the business team to comprehend analytical requirements and translate them into business reporting solutions. You will manage the design, development, testing, and support of technical solutions. Your responsibilities will involve working on Business Intelligence projects, including designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft BI tools such as Power BI, SQL, SSIS, etc. You will work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver the necessary reporting solutions.,
