                                As a Data Visualization & Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist, your role will involve transforming complex data into actionable insights through compelling dashboards and reports. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop interactive visualizations, optimize BI solutions, and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization. If you have a passion for storytelling with data and expertise in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact!  Key Responsibilities: - Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive, real-time dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools. - Data Storytelling: Translate complex datasets into clear, engaging, and impactful visual narratives for stakeholders. - BI & Reporting Solutions: Build scalable business intelligence solutions to track KPIs, trends, and business performance. - Data Integration & ETL: Work with data engineering teams to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, cloud platforms). - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand requirements and optimize data visualization strategies. - Automation & Optimization: Enhance report automation, reduce manual efforts, and optimize query performance. - Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analytics and exploratory data analysis to support strategic decision-making.  Required Skills & Qualifications: - Educational Background: Bachelors/Masters degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. - BI & Visualization Expertise: High Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other BI tools. - SQL & Data Manipulation: Strong experience in writing SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data. - Data Modeling & ETL: Understanding of data pipelines, warehouse structures, and ETL processes. - Python/R (Optional): Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics and automation is a plus. - Cloud & Big Data (Bonus): Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, or Snowflake is an added advantage. - Business Acumen: Ability to interpret data trends and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
