Business Intelligence Specialist

You will be working as a Data Visualization & Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist, responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights through compelling dashboards and reports. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop interactive visualizations, optimize BI solutions, and enhance data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. If you have a passion for storytelling with data and expertise in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, this opportunity will allow you to make a significant impact. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing interactive, real-time dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools. You will also be translating complex datasets into clear, engaging visual narratives for stakeholders, building scalable BI solutions to track KPIs and business performance, and working on data integration & ETL processes with data engineering teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with business teams to optimize data visualization strategies, enhance report automation, conduct ad-hoc analysis for strategic decision-making, and more. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. High proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker is essential, along with strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis. Understanding of data pipelines, warehouse structures, and ETL processes is also required, while experience with Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, or Snowflake is advantageous, as well as the ability to interpret data trends and provide strategic recommendations.
