Business Intelligence Solution Manager

You have an exciting opportunity to join Dow as a Business Intelligence Solution Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in Dows Analytics & AI Hub (AAIH) by enabling growth through Business Intelligence (BI), AI, and analytics-powered solutions within the Enterprise Data & Analytics Organization. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing scalable, secure, and performant BI solutions using best-in-class technologies and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards - Collaborating with BI developers and service experts to execute development, implementation, and adoption of BI solutions - Coaching and mentoring junior BI team members, elevating collective expertise, and acting as a thought leader within the BI domain - Leading requirements analysis focused on user experience, process improvement, and reliability, and engaging with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end processes Qualifications required for this role include: - A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant - At least 4 years of relevant work experience - The minimum requirement to work legally in the country for which you are applying, as no visa sponsorship/support is available Your skills should include proficiency in: - Data Visualization with tools like Microsoft Power BI - Data Analysis to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights - SAP, including BW, BW Query Design, ChaRM, and HANA - Programming languages like JavaScript, SQL, and Python - Communication in English to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders - Stakeholder Management and Strategic Thinking Optional skills that would be advantageous for this role include experience in technical leadership, business acumen, proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, data engineering, data science, and other Business Intelligence tools.
