As a Senior Manager in Business Intelligence at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in delivering Service Performance Metrics across Enterprise Ops, prioritizing initiatives to exceed customer needs, and translating business challenges into data requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Prioritize initiatives to exceed customer needs and enhance staff engagement. - Build and maintain trusting relationships with internal customers and countries, influencing senior management for agenda and action items. - Agree on approach, implementation plans, and timelines for global projects and change initiatives. - Ensure consistency and standardization across Enterprise reporting and enforce governance standards. - Act as the Quality Assurance Lead, providing coaching, reviewing outputs, and ensuring quality and timelines. - Challenge colleagues and foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders. - Maintain awareness of operational risk and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards.
