Job Description

Data Infrastructure Pipeline Development
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support Alexa+ analytics Create and optimize ETL processes for web interaction data, user engagement metrics, and product performance indicators Ensure data quality, accuracy, and availability across all reporting solutions Analytics Insights Delivery Develop automated dashboards and reports tracking key metrics for Alexa+ endpoint performance. Define and track metrics specific to LLM-powered interactions, including customer satisfaction. Build analytics frameworks to understand customers interaction with Alexa+ features Analyze user behavior patterns, engagement trends, and conversion funnels for Alexa interactions Partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams to define and track KPIs Deliver actionable insights through clear visualizations and written analyses for both technical and non-technical audiences Technical Execution Use development tools to accelerate SQL/Python development for automated insight generation and exploratory analytics Write efficient, maintainable SQL queries and data transformations Build and maintain datasets in Redshift and create compelling visualizations using QuickSight Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure reporting accuracy Document data models, pipelines, and analytical methodologies 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
