Your Role

• Develop impactful dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Lead BI development across cross-functional projects and manage project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• Partner with data engineers to ensure performance and sustainability of BI tools.
• Optimize dashboard usability and promote self-service BI adoption.
• Contribute to data governance and reporting strategy discussions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in BI dashboard development.
• 2+ years of SQL experience with complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, design).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to translate business questions into compelling visual insights.
• Experience working with global teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of finance and accounting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Python or R for analytics.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps (ADO).
