Your role involves driving digitalization and automation within the financial controlling and reporting processes of the IT Infrastructure Organization. This initiative aims to enhance transparency on cost structures and facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities include implementing a comprehensive IT financial management process globally. This includes assessing the current state, defining processes, conducting benchmarking, generating reports, and engaging stakeholders. You will be tasked with developing a reporting framework to clarify cost structures, charging mechanisms, consumption-driven IT costs, among others. Additionally, identifying and implementing digital solutions to automate controlling and reporting workflows will be crucial. You will support various projects and services by performing business case calculations, determining make-or-buy decisions, and promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making. Your role will involve facilitating zero-based budgeting initiatives and driving cost optimization measures to boost productivity. Collaboration with stakeholders such as IT management, Finance, Procurement, Strategy, service/product owners, and project managers will be integral. Qualifications for this role include a master's degree in business administration, business informatics, accounting, or a related field. You should possess extensive experience in implementing and operating IT financial management processes within globally active companies, with a preference for experience at Siemens Healthineers. Furthermore, proficiency in financial and data analytics tools like SAP modules FI and CO, PowerBI, etc., is essential. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of German is advantageous for operating effectively in the international work environment. A strong IT background and understanding of technologies and processes in global IT organizations are valuable assets. Strong planning and organizational skills are necessary for efficiently supporting stakeholders in a global IT setting. Effective communication of value across IT, Finance, and Business domains is a key competency for this role.,

This role acts subject matter expert in the Pharma Commercial Datasets-including US data sets and different Business reporting metrics KPI. An expert in Pharma Sales Commercial data who can guide and lead the team supporting pharma clients primarily Data Management and Reporting projects. Job Responsibilities Have had extensive experience in working on Pharma Sales Commercial level datasets (Customer,Sales, Claims, Digital engagements, CRM interactionsetc.), or Medical Affairs, or Managed Markets or Patient Support Services Have fair understanding of functional design architecture preparation along with logical/functional data model of solution Have had good client facing roles to cover business requirement discussions, business use case assessments, conduct requirement workshops/interviews Strong experience in SQL to analyse data sets and perform data profiling/assessment Able to Create Business requirements, define scope and objectives, functional specifications, develop business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Obtain sign-off from customers. Facilitate UAT execution phase and work with project manager to obtain user acceptance test signoff. Able to convert business requirements into functional design for development team Represent the practice as a Functional SME for data warehouse, reporting, and master data management projects across Pharma sales commercial data sets. Support Axtria's project and R&D teams with functional/domain knowledge Able to create case studies/success stories of projects with functional/domain view Assist in whitepapers, point-of-view, develop Go-to- market strategy for Sales Commercial domain offerings Able to coach team members in Pharma Sales Commercial domain business & functional use cases Education BE/B.Tech in IT or Computer Master of Computer Application Work Experience Minimum 7 years of Pharma Industry domain experience of performing Business Analyst role in Medium to large Data warehousing and Business Intelligence projects Minimum 5 years of experience of working in Pharma domain with experience of working in Pharma Data sets and client facing roles.

Technology Leadership Lead and guide the team independently or with little support to design, implement, and deliver complex reporting and BI project assignments. Technical Portfolio Expertise in a range of BI and hosting technologies like the AWS stack (Redshift, EC2), Qlikview, QlikSense, Tableau, Microstrategy, Spotfire. Project Management Get accurate briefs from the Client and translate into tasks for team members with priorities and timeline plans. Must maintain high standards of quality and thoroughness. Should be able to monitor accuracy and quality of others work. Ability to think in advance about potential risks and mitigation plans. Logical Thinking Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. Must be able to guide team members in analysis. Handle Client Relationship Manage client relationship and client expectations independently. Should be able to deliver results back to the Client independently. Should have excellent communication skills. Education BE/B.Tech Master of Computer Application Work Experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Pharma domain . Technical: Should have 10+ years of hands-on experience in the following tools: Must have working knowledge of at least 2 of the following Qlikview, QlikSense, Tableau, Microstrategy, Spotfire / (Informatica, SSIS, Talend & Matillion) / Big Data technologies - Hadoop ecosystem. Aware of techniques such as UI design, Report modeling, performance tuning, and regression testing . Basic expertise with MS Excel . Advanced expertise with SQL . Functional: Should have experience in following concepts and technologies: Pharma data sources like IMS, Veeva, Symphony, Cegedim etc. Business processes like alignment, market definition, segmentation, sales crediting, activity metrics calculation. Calculation of all sales, activity, and managed care KPIs.
