Role Overview: You will join Celonis Services, a strategic services organization focusing on delivering Celonis implementations, maximizing business value, and driving product adoption for customers. As a Senior Consultant, you will accelerate customers" digital transformation and international expansion by developing data-driven process insights and leveraging Celonis software functionalities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and drive implementation processes to deliver high levels of service and optimal solutions for customers - Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis - Design and implement innovative analyses and operational apps with AI or Machine Learning algorithms - Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies, suggest approaches to overcome them, and present relevant KPIs to management - Translate business requirements into technical specifications - Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and improve process inefficiencies - Set the foundation for long-term customer success journey Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area - Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab) with a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various customers - Dedication to driving Celonis Process Mining technology forward - Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, quick learner - Business acumen is a plus, supporting the ability to understand client needs and deliver strategic recommendations - Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable program Additional Company Details: Celonis makes processes work for people, companies, and the planet through its Process Intelligence Platform.
