Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Management and ongoing optimization of multiple project portfolios- These include projects from a variety of business processes, including digitalization initiatives
  • Direct contact with project and team leaders to ensure the close integration of projects and portfolios- This includes both agile and waterfall projects
  • Active participation in change projects for process optimization- This involves independently designing, planning, coordinating, and implementing work packages-
  • Creation and further development of status reports
  • Preparation of decision-making presentations

Your qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study from reputed college/ University
  • Knowledge in project management
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with SAP ERP & Microsoft Power BI, Tableau and similar is an advantage
  • Reliable and structured working style
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
