Business Immigration Manager

Role Overview: You will be working as a Business Immigration Manager at Jurist Migration & Education Services Pty Ltd in Chandigarh, India. As a key member of the team, you will manage client immigration cases, lead a team of immigration counsellors, ensure compliance with immigration laws, and provide strategic advice to clients on immigration matters under the supervision of a MARA agent. Your responsibilities will also include liaising directly with clients, preparing immigration applications when necessary, and staying updated with changes in immigration policies. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee client immigration cases and ensure all procedures are followed correctly - Manage a team of immigration counsellors and provide guidance and support as needed - Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in all client dealings - Provide strategic advice to clients on immigration matters under MARA agent supervision - Liaise directly with clients, including B2B clients, and prepare immigration applications when required - Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration policies to provide accurate information and advice Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Australian visas such as student, spouse, work, and exposure to skilled visas - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Familiarity with immigration software and technology is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field - Capability to maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Ability to conduct live videos on social media platforms (preferred),
