As a Business Head in Learning & Development at Cafemutual, your role will involve developing and launching training programs for fund houses, wealth managers, distributors of financial products, and the ecosystem. You will also be responsible for creating e-learning programs for clients. Your key responsibilities will include achieving sales targets by offering solutions to fund houses, banks, insurance, and institutional distributors after assessing their business requirements. Building strategic relationships with different stakeholders such as CBOs/Business Heads, CHROs, and Training heads at various organizations will be crucial. You are expected to follow a consultative approach to identify client needs and suggest appropriate products.
