Business Head Design & Build (Corporate Interiors | Workspace Fit-out)

As a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in corporate interior fit-outs, you will be responsible for heading our Design & Build business. Your role will involve owning P&L (1000 Cr.+), demonstrating a deep understanding of the workspace interiors lifecycle, and leading large-scale projects across regions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Design & Build business with a focus on P&L ownership exceeding 1000 Cr. - Demonstrate expertise in the workspace interiors lifecycle to ensure successful project outcomes. - Manage and oversee large-scale projects across different regions effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in core Design & Build from top firms such as Zyeta, ANJ, Spacematrix, Cherry Hill, SKV India, RSP, DSP Design, M Moser, etc. - Strong background in corporate interior fit-outs with a proven track record of success. - Experience in managing high-value projects and leading large teams in the workspace interiors industry.
