We're now expanding aggressively and looking for a dynamic Business Growth Executive to help us generate leads, build partnerships, and accelerate client acquisition

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Growth Executive – Web & Digital Services located in Mumbai. The Business Growth Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. They will collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials, and track and report on sales performance. The role requires a combination of sales, marketing, and business development skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Experience in the web and digital services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients via email outreach, LinkedIn, freelance platforms, and networking events.
  • Pitch and promote our core services: WordPress & React development, SEO, social media marketing, and UI/UX design.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, providing consultative selling to convert inquiries into contracts.
  • Understand client needs and work with our tech and marketing team to propose tailored solutions.
  • Write persuasive emails, proposals, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Explore new business verticals (e.g., interior designers, small businesses, UAE startups) for targeted campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition — preferably in web/digital domains.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO and social media marketing is a big plus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in outreach.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold outreach platforms.

Compensation:

  • Fixed monthly salary + commission on closed deals.
  • Performance bonuses tied to quarterly growth targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
