Business Finance Analyst

As a Business Finance Analyst at Deutsche Bank based in Mumbai, India, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely production of business level revenue attribution, financial accounting, and financial disclosures. Your role involves ensuring the precise reporting of Profit and Loss (PnL) for each business unit, understanding the drivers behind risk positions and PnL, and reflecting all bank transactions accurately in accounting records. You will provide daily commentary and variance investigation to Front Office traders and senior Finance managers, resolving break investigations, model risk control exceptions, and ensuring compliance with risk and control guidelines. Stakeholder management and prompt response to queries from Finance directors, onshore management, and other relevant parties are essential aspects of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have financial control and product control experience in Investment Banking, a strong understanding of financial market products such as Loans, Bonds, Credit, derivatives, Cash Equity, Swaps, Options, and Futures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is required, along with exposure to multiple front office systems. A qualified MBA/Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA / CIMA / CFA is preferred for this position.
