Business Finance Acquisition Executive

• Source and acquire business loan leads through field activities, referrals, DSAs, and connector networks
• Identify funding requirements of MSME, SME, and self-employed customers
• Achieve assigned monthly disbursement, revenue, and login targets
• Pitch secured and unsecured business loan products effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Collect, verify, and submit complete and accurate loan documentation
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and lender teams for approvals and disbursements
• Ensure timely loan processing with minimal rejections and discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with lender policies, RBI guidelines, and internal SOPs
• Track and update daily MIS for leads, logins, approvals, and disbursements
• Provide regular performance updates to reporting manager
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and lending policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
