About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Provide work direction toless experiencedStrategy and Execution staff
  • Execute and oversee daily BAU activities, including client account openings, screening, transaction processing (wires/checks), and other time-sensitive support functions, ensuring strict adherence to TAT and SLA agreements.
  • Leverage your expert knowledge of KYC/AML protocols, and TAX forms (W9, W8) to support robust client due diligence, risk mitigation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional teams aimed at enhancing process efficiency, to develop policies, procedures, and governance frameworks, improving the customer experience, and implementing strategic changes.
  • Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and Macros), Power BI, and Tableau to analyze data, generate actionable MIS from dashboards, and develop automated solutions to streamline operations.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in process optimization, automation, and quality assurance.
  • Consult and collaborate with relationship managers, business leaders, and cross-functional partners to interpret policies, develop project plans, and implement effective solutions to complex business challenges.


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Exp Middle Office client delivery operations.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or a related field.
  • 2+years of hands-on experience with KYC/AML processes and/or customer service preferred.
  • Strong understanding of TAX forms (W9, W8), FACTA, DACA, Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and present data to support decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.


Job Expectations:

  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strong business acumen.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, pivot tables, macros, and dashboards.
  • Ability to present data insights visually (charts, dashboards, infographics).
  • Hands-on expertise with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, and automation tools is a plus
  • A demonstrated high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • This role requires availability to work the night shift from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST to ensure alignment with global business partners.
