Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Process Mapping:
Document and analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
7 Wastes Identification:
Apply lean principles to identify and eliminate waste in operations.
Time and Motion Study:
Conduct studies to measure task durations and identify opportunities for time savings (if applicable). Preferably MOST applicator.
Warehouse Design:
Design or redesign warehouse layouts to optimize space utilization and material handling.
Material Flow / Operations Flow Systems:
Develop and implement efficient systems for material and operational flow.
Truck Turnaround Time (TAT) Reduction:
Analyze and improve truck loading/unloading processes to minimize turnaround time.
Debottlenecking & Improvement:
Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement solutions to improve throughput and efficiency.
Lean & Six Sigma Initiatives:
Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
Cost Reduction Program:
Drive a sustainable cost reduction strategy and support annual manufacturing analysis and strategic goal-setting workshops.
Change Management:
Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all levels of the organization.

Ready to relocate Gujarat location.
