.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management (preference for Operations Management or Information Technology).
.Advanced certifications in quality or process management frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, CMMI, ISO, TQM) will be an advantage.
.Proven experience in the Data Center and/or Cloud Services industry.
.Demonstrated capability in driving process excellence across diverse business functions such as CRM, Pre-Sales, Sales, Service Delivery, Network & Security Operations, and Billing.
.Proficiency in implementing Quality and Operational Excellence frameworks such as TQM, CMMI, ISO, Six Sigma, EFQM, Kaizen, Malcolm Baldrige, and Balanced Scorecard.
.Strong understanding of Colocation (Colo), IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, as well as FinOps, DevOps, CloudOps, and SRE practices.
.Hands-on experience in building resilient, scalable, and process-driven operations to enhance customer experience and service reliability.
.Strategic thinker with a continuous learning mindset.
.Adept at institutionalizing best practices for sustainable outcomes.
.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
