Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development and Franchise Manager, located in Gurugram, with some scope for remote work. The role includes identifying and securing new franchise opportunities, developing business plans, and managing franchise relationships. The manager will also be responsible for overseeing P&L management, ensuring profitability and business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising
• Skills in Business Planning and Business Management
• Proficiency in P&L Management
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
