🔍 About the Role:

Sales Associate

💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and via phone/email.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service recommendations.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain product knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits to customers.
  • Manage billing and payment processes.
  • Keep track of inventory and restock shelves as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

✅ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in retail, telesales, or direct sales (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy.

⭐ Preferred Qualities:

  • Energetic, positive attitude with a passion for sales.
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated.
  • Prior experience in customer service and B2B sales is a plus.
