Role Description

This is an internship role for a Telesales Executive at Innovilla Private Limited. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, making sales calls, providing customer support, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is an on-site role located in Varanasi.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers
2. Introduce and promote company products/services
3. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
4. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools
5. Follow up on leads and nurture long-term relationships

Eligibility Criteria

1. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
2. Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques
3. Strong Customer Support abilities
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus
6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
7. Experience in the technology sector is an advantage
