About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Head to spearhead growth initiatives, identify high-potential industries and verticals, and build a strong client acquisition pipeline The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in business development for Web and Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Website Development, B2B Marketing, ), with the ability to design sales strategies, leverage the right tools, and secure long-term partnerships with the right kind of clients, What's expected from you Develop and lead the business development strategy to identify opportunities, untapped industries, and gaps in the market, Map high-potential sectors and steer the agency toward growth opportunities, Design, implement, and manage an end-to-end sales pipeline for continuous client acquisition, Build, nurture, and manage relationships with decision-makers to convert leads into long-term partnerships, Create compelling and persuasive business proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs, Ensure alignment between client requirements and service offerings (SEO, Google Ads, PPC, Social Media, Branding, Website Development, and other digital solutions), Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, pipeline performance, and industry trends, Utilize industry-standard business development tools (, Apolloio, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ) for prospecting and lead management, Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded, What qualification will fit the role best Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or strategy roles in the digital marketing/web development industry, Strong understanding of digital marketing services, SaaS, and B2B sales ecosystems, Proven track record of developing sales strategies and closing high-value deals, Proficiency in using sales prospecting and pipeline tools such as Apolloio, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze industries, anticipate market trends, and adapt quickly, Self-starter with leadership qualities, capable of driving growth independently,
