Job Description

As a Key Accounts Manager, your role will involve managing relationships with strategically important clients assigned by management. You will be responsible for leveraging these relationships to generate new leads, identify sales opportunities, and support the field sales team in closing deals. It is crucial to have strong client relationship skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented approach to grow revenue through existing accounts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts provided by management. - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to understand their business needs and objectives. - Generate leads and new business opportunities through ongoing engagement with assigned clients. - Collaborate with the field sales team to drive the sales process from lead generation to successful closure. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system. - Provide regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and lead pipeline. - Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. - Ensure high levels of client retention and contribute to long-term business growth. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in key account management, sales, or a client-facing role. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management. - Ability to work collaboratively with field sales and internal teams. - Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). The work location is in Bangalore City, Karnataka, and proficiency in Kannada and English languages is required.
