Business Development School ERP Sales

You are a Business Development Specialist/Manager with proven experience in the education sector, preferably in promoting school management software, edtech products, or academic services. Your role involves driving outreach, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales growth across South India. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential schools/institutions for product adoption. - Promote and position school software solutions based on institutional requirements. - Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with principals, school owners, and senior administrators. - Conduct impactful product demos, presentations, and marketing events. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to achieve sales objectives. - Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights. - Maintain accurate reporting of leads, meetings, conversions, and client feedback. Requirements: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in school/edtech product sales or education service marketing. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across South India. - Self-motivated, target-driven, with a consultative sales approach. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred). Preferred Skills: - Established network with schools or experience working with educational consultants. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems. - Fluency in regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) is an added advantage.
